Massage: Involves systematic approach to the treatment and manipulation of the body’s soft tissues. As a means to relieve pain or maintain, improve health and performance.

I see massage as a means of recovery, injury prevention and when needed intervention. The therapies I practice are active release technique (ART), functional range release (FRR) and fascial abrasion technique (FAT-Tool).

I mainly work with clients who are post rehab or want to take their performance to the next level. If that’s you, let’s talk.

Rates: 1 session $85 | 3 sessions $225 ($75 per session) – Sessions are 1 hour

I teach developmental patterns, fundamental patterns, and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I want to be transparent I have an active schedule and focus myself to training clients who are post rehab or serious about taking their performance to the next level. If that’s you, then let’s talk.

Through my personal experience of dealing with chronic pain and weight loss, I am driven toward helping others. I am able to do this because of the love and support of my awesome wife Ashley.

Most of my free time is spent chasing movement goals, continuing my education and walking our four legged children Maggie and Miles. I am truly blessed to pursue my passion and work with such amazing clients.
